Last Sunday was the annual street party. We're hunting for pictures to put on the blog so please do send some great ones to morlinasw2 [a] gmail (dot) com.Our theme (Celebrating Scotland, independent or not) proved really popular and our "Independence tug of war" was toughly contested.
A lasting legacy of the party will be new "Lady Sulina" mural on Sulina road by local artist id-iom. You can read move about it on their blog and see more pictures on Flickr.
